The
Marine Physical Laboratory occupies administrative headquarters, laboratories
and shop facilities at the Space
and Naval Warfare Systems Center in Point Loma (13 miles south of
the UCSD campus). These facilities are also adjacent to the SIO
Nimitz Marine Facility.
MPL
also maintains facilities on the campus of the Scripps
Institution of Oceanography in La Jolla.
