In June an onset of PP energy is observed from a storm in the southern
Atlantic at day 2.5, as the storm builds so does the PP-stack, reaching
a maximum at day 4.0, and then decaying until day 5.
From day 5.5 to day 6.7, PP waves are seen further south in the
southern Atlantic, in good agreement with a storm in this region.
In both cases, P backprojection yields a less likely source region than
PP backprojection, either landing on continents or oceanic regions
without storms.
