FLIP HOME Cruise (October-November 2001). The Deep-8 8-beam Doppler sonar was deployed to a depth of 450 meters for approximatley 30 days. Two rapidly profiling CTD's were deployed and covered 0-800 meters depth every three minutes. The computer controlled winch systems ran 24 hours a day for over a month.
